• All orders placed and paid for before 22:00 will be sent out the morning of the following weekday. We ship daily on weekdays. Delivery is usually the same day for Gauteng Residents, and within 24 to 56 hours for other areas (weekends not included). Please allow up to 4 working days for outlying areas.
• Our preferred partners are The Courier Guy and FastWay. We also make use of Postnet2Postnet services, if selected.
• Your tracking number and website URL where you can track delivery will be emailed to you. Please track it before assuming that your parcel was lost or stolen.
• To those staying in Pretoria, you are welcome to pick up from our office on weekday mornings (8AM - 1PM) free of charge. Please select the appropriate option to do this. Please also note that, if you select this option, your goods will not be packaged with packaging materials.
• For those wanting to send their own courier: We charge a logistic fee to cover our packaging and the time spent waiting for your courier company to arrive. Please select the appropriate option.
